1. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000

  • Flat ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹2,000

International Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 8 to 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • We are a made-to-order and carefully curated label, so processing times may vary depending on design availability and dispatch schedules.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery timelines vary by country and may take between 7–21 business days post-dispatch.

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays in some regions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

  • You can use it to monitor the delivery status in real time.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if any) are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.

  • aVynā is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will reach out to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.

  • Some remote locations may face extended delivery timelines or restricted courier access.


8. Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes or operational issues

  • Courier or customs-related problems
