Return & Exchange Policy

No Refunds. Exchanges Only.

At aVynā, we take great pride in the quality and design of our garments. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with size or item exchanges to ensure a perfect fit and experience.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Free from stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear

Non-exchangeable items include:

  • Customized or personalized garments

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or discounted during special promotions

  • Items purchased at pop-ups or in-person events

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@shopavyna.com or via chat, with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Requested size or item

  • Photos (if the product is defective or damaged)

We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Use a reliable courier with tracking.

  • aVynā is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Exceptions:
If the product received is defective, incorrect, or damaged, return shipping charges will be waived upon verification.

4. Exchange Approval Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If eligible, the requested exchange will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

5. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items showing visible signs of wear, alterations, or misuse will be rejected.
