Welcome to shopaVynā.com. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through this website. By checking the box and clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. General

These Terms apply to all orders placed on www.shopavyna.com and to any offline purchases made at authorized aVynā events or pop-up stores. aVynā reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

2. Product Details

We aim to accurately represent all items through images, sizing details, and descriptions. Slight variations in color or fabric texture may occur due to lighting and screen differences. This is not considered a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes for Indian buyers.

  • For international orders, duties, VAT, or customs charges are not included and must be borne by the recipient.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and PayPal (for international).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within select Indian PIN codes and is subject to a verification process. COD orders may be canceled in case of verification failure or previous refusal to accept parcels.

  • aVynā reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are provided during checkout and may vary based on location and courier performance.

  • International delivery times vary by country and carrier. Tracking information will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (India only).

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • International orders

    • Products bought during sales or discounts

    • Gift cards

    • Customized or made-to-order items

    • Products purchased at in-person pop-up events

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.

  • Expiry and usage details are provided at the time of issuance.

7. In-Person & Pop-Up Store Purchases

  • All sales made at aVynā offline events or curated pop-ups are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for items bought in-person unless specified in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks on this site and at official events are the property of aVynā. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

aVynā is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website or purchases made, including delay or non-delivery of goods caused by external factors.

10. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India. For international users, local laws may apply only in non-conflicting matters.
